TRAVEL + TRANSPORTATION
You are responsible for coordinating your travel to and within the park. The nearest airport is Glacier Park Airport (FCA) in Kalispell, Montana (see ground transportation options here for rentals), and the nearest Amtrak station is West Glacier (WGL).
RECIPROCITY IN ACTION: Registration is $500 and covers the expenses of hosting this program, including program materials, a huckleberry breakfast and an Indigenous-led storytelling hike - directly supporting businesses owned by members of Amskapi Pikuni (Blackfeet Nation). If you'd like to split up your registration into multiple payments, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot, and the remaining balance is due by July 24. If you are planning to attend both events, you will need to secure your own lodging for the weekend between events (nights of August 28th-August 30th).
REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS: We do not offer refunds on programs or experiences, and strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case you are unable to attend. If you cancel before July 24 and we are able to fill your spot, we will retain your $250 non-refundable deposit and offer a voucher for the remaining balance paid that is expires one calendar year from date of issue. These vouchers are good for future programs and events where we collect registration (not viable for events where partner organizations collect registration fees). If we are unable to fill your spot, no voucher will be issued. If you cancel after July 24, no voucher will be issued.
Your payment indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms listed above.
