Reciprocity RxCommunity Challenge

The Reciprocity Rx™ Community Challenge is your invitation to reconnect with the land, your community, and yourself. Each month, we’ll send you a Reciprocity Rx filled with gentle prompts and seasonal ideas for giving back to the places and people that sustain you. Log your nature exposure, track your acts of reciprocity (like volunteering with a local organization or writing a thank you letter to a Park Ranger), and earn rewards along the way.

🎁 Proceeds support Hiking My Feelings and helps us keep Reciprocity Rx™ accessible to all.

Give what you can. Practice what you love. Pay it forward.

You don’t have to donate to participate. You can join this challenge simply by spending time outside, noticing what shifts, and giving back where you can. That’s the heart of it. If you feel called to support this work financially, we deeply appreciate it. Your contributions help us offer scholarships, expand access, and keep this community rooted and resourced.

  1. Register via the link below (the Challenge is free to join).

  2. Check your email and confirm your subscription to the Reciprocity Rx Community Challenge. After that, you’re in!

Hiking My Feelings is proud to be an official Environmental Partner for 1% for the Planet

This is your space to log and reflect on your participation in the Reciprocity Rx™ Community Challenge. Each month, you’re invited to share:

  • Time spent in nature (hikes, walks, gardening, moments outside)

  • Volunteer hours supporting public lands or your community

  • Stories, reflections, or shifts you’ve noticed along the way

You can be as detailed or as simple as you’d like. This information helps us track our collective impact — how we’re showing up for ourselves, each other, and the land — and allows us to share that story back with the community. More importantly, it gives you a moment to pause and recognize what you’re already doing.

Thank you for being part of this.
