Wilderness Wellness Retreats
Experience the Healing Power of Nature
If you’re looking for a weekend in the wilderness, you’re in the right place. Our Wilderness Wellness Retreats explore the intersections of environmental stewardship, mindful movement, and self-discovery to create reciprocal relationships with the land and give you tools to bring your best self to life, love, and work.
Our experiences center:
✔️ Self-Discovery with Community: Come home to your most authentic self through guided introspection and group discussions, gaining clarity amidst the serenity of some of America’s most iconic landscapes.
✔️ Mindful Movement: Embrace the health benefits of hiking as mindful movement, improving your physical well-being and mental clarity while immersed in nature's beauty.
✔️ Environmental Healing: Give back to the land through conservation projects, fostering a sense of gratitude and connection with our wild spaces while contributing to their preservation.
Imagine this: you’re standing on a trail, surrounded by trees older than your grandparents, the air is so crisp it feels like your lungs are waking up for the first time. You haven’t checked your email in days, and instead of a to-do list, all you have to focus on is the sound of your boots crunching on the dirt and your heartbeat steadying with every step.
You didn’t come here just to hike. You came because something in your life feels heavy—maybe it’s the stress of a job that’s eating you alive, or the weight of a loss you can’t shake, or maybe you don’t even know what it is yet. You just know you need space to feel it, face it, and let it go.
This retreat isn’t a vacation. It’s a lifeline. It’s where you get to show up exactly as you are—messy, exhausted, hopeful, guarded, or ready to break wide open. It’s where we create a safe, sacred space for you to explore what’s been holding you back, reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve been neglecting, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
You’ll leave with more than just memories of breathtaking views. You’ll leave with tools to navigate your life in a way that feels more grounded and more aligned with who you truly are. You’ll leave with a community of people who get it—who get you. And you’ll leave knowing that it’s okay to slow down, to let go, and to take care of yourself, not as a luxury but as a necessity.
If this resonates—if your chest just got a little tight, if your eyes are welling up, if you feel like I’m talking directly to you—then this retreat is for you. This is your sign. You deserve to feel peace. You deserve to feel whole. And we’re here to walk this path with you.

Is this for me? Who comes to these events?
Our wilderness wellness events welcome individuals from all walks of life who are seeking connection, healing, and growth. Participants include busy professionals, caregivers, and changemakers looking to recharge, as well as adventurers, nature enthusiasts, and those navigating life transitions or recovering from trauma. United by a desire to deepen their relationship with nature and themselves, our community thrives on shared experiences, mutual support, and a commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives and the world around them.
Since 2018, we’ve hosted more than 500 events around the United States, and when we say “all walks of life” - we mean it. We’ve shared trail time with folks of all spiritual backgrounds, races, ethnicities, gender expressions and sexual orientations, across the spectrum of neurodivergence, with ages ranging from early 20’s to mid-80’s!
Our curriculum is trauma-informed and has been reviewed by a licensed therapist. While our programs and experiences are certainly therapeutic, our work is not intended to be a replacement for therapy or other support from licensed professionals. We strive to offer events at varying price points, comfort levels (rustic camping and pooping in buckets vs hot showers and flushing toilets), and length of time.
Whenever possible, we include Indigenous representation at our events to provide a deeper connection and cultural perspective to how the lands we are exploring were stewarded for thousands of years through present day efforts. We are committed to co-creating safe, brave, authentic spaces that are affirming, validating, and kind. You can learn more about our community policies here.
To ensure a healing environment for everyone, all of our events are substance- and alcohol-free.
