By the time you’re done reading the book, you’re going to be inspired to blaze your own trail to self-love. Fortunately, we’ve got a program for that! Our next class of Blaze Your Own Trail to Self-Love starts in April and we’re so excited to welcome you to our community of Trailblazers!

From April-September, you can look forward to cultivating a regular mindfulness practice through self-discovery exercises, community support, and weekly adventures (walks or hikes or other forms of movement that feel good to you). Each month, we offer a new workshop complete with supportive resources like meditations, worksheets, journal prompts, and more! Program themes include our self-reflection framework, embodiment, resiliency, confidence, compassionate communication, and more!

In 2024, we’re thrilled to add a new offering to the BYOT curriculum - our first hybrid online and in person program! Imagine getting to know yourself and your fellow trailblazers through six months of workshops and community connection meetings and our private social network. Just when you think you couldn’t possibly feel more supported and seen, it’s time for a four-day, three-night adventure in Glacier National Park. After hiking and hugging it out with the community IRL, we wrap up the year with our brand new Next Steps program, inspired by the Next Steps section in each chapter of Hiking Your Feelings. Through this three-month program, we’ll offer resources to help you integrate the lessons from the program and the experiences from the retreat and help you map out a plan for 2025 and beyond!
