Hiking Your Feelings
Mental Health Awareness Month Tour
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and here at Hiking My Feelings, we believe that taking care of your mental health is just as crucial as caring for your body. Nature has this amazing way of helping us heal and discover new things about ourselves. By talking openly about mental health, we can break down the stigma and show everyone that it's okay to not be okay sometimes. Our programs and experiences are all about creating a safe, supportive community where you can be yourself and learn to take care of your mind as well as your body. So let's use this month to spread awareness, support each other, and remember that it's okay to feel all the feels!
Tour Dates
Our Mental Health Awareness Month Tour combines fireside book discussions, group hikes with local non-profit organizations, immersive stewardship experiences, and Wilderness Wellness workshops to explore the healing power of nature, offering tools, tips, and resources to help you bring your best self to life, love, and work.
