Join author and founder of Hiking My Feelings, Sydney Williams, as she reveals the self-reflection framework that helped her recover from career burnout, reverse diabetes, and kick her self-limiting beliefs to the curb. Through hiking and backpacking, Sydney learned to disconnect from distractions and reconnect with herself, turning her pain into power. We'll be hosting this walking workshop on the Panorama Loop trail (6.3 mi, 1,194 feet of elevation gain), traveling at a meandering pace, and taking plenty of breaks for mindfulness activities, plant identification, and photos! We will host no more than 15 participants for this activity.
Required items participants need to bring for your course: water, snacks, daypack, sunscreen, hiking shoes, comfortable clothing.
