Up first, Will Robinson aka @akunahikes! If you don't know Akuna, allow us to brag on him a bit. On top of being one of those people who immediately feels like family, he's humble AF. As the first African American male hiker to earn the Triple Crown of long-distance hiking, he has completed the Pacific Crest Trail, Appalachian Trail, and the Continental Divide Trail for a combined total of more than 8k miles! 👑 We're excited to chat about how hiking has helped this Army veteran with PTSD.

Ash (@salty_millennial on IG) was the first person to ask a question after my first talk on the speaking tour I did at @REI stores around the US last year. She was supposed to hike the PCT this year but Miss Rona had other plans for her. While we are sad she isn't completing the hike of her dreams, we ARE excited that she's joining us for a chat about hiking and mental health!

Cloi (@cloicrider) moved me to tears with her voice at the @shinemovementoc event we were a part of for International Women’s Day back in March. She may be 20 years old, but she has the voice of someone who has been here for lifetimes. 💚
