Read + Reflect is based on Sydney’s book - Hiking My Feelings: Stepping Into the Healing Power of Nature - read the book, then use this program to reflect on your own story. Each module of the program extracts the key learnings and themes from each chapter of the book and offers mindful practices to help you improve self-awareness, build self-trust, and strengthen the connection between mind and body.
Each module of the program breaks each chapter down into three parts:
Inspiration: Sharing themes + insights and an affirmation inspired by the lessons learned in the chapter.
Intention: Prompts for using social media intentionally, journaling, and a Mindful Morning ritual.
Integration: Insights from the lessons learned in each chapter and a simple practice to bring it all together.
